You can connect your Nokia phone to a compatibile USB-equipped PC for data tranfer with the Data Cable CA-42. To synchronize data such as calendar notes and phone book entries between your phone and compatibile organizer software on your PC, use the Nokia PC suite software.

The available functions with the cable depend on the Nokia phone model.

CA-42 cable driver software is compatibile with Microsoft windows 98 SE, windows ME, Windows 2000 and Windows XP. Check the compatibility of the Nokia PC Suite with the operationg system of your PC.

The CA-42 cable is compatibile with selected Nokia phone models with a Pop-Port connector. For phone models equipped with modem functionality, the CA-42 cable connects to a PC for portable network connectivity. See user guide for applicable phone models.
